Here at Fleming Brothers, we are doing everything possible to ensure the safety of our customers and staff during these uncertain times. To do so we have made some changes to how we work. We want all our customers to feel safe and confident when visiting us, whether you are purchasing a new car, bringing your car in for a service, or visiting our parts department.

  • We ask all of our staff and customers to wear a face covering when entering the showroom. Masks can be supplied if you have come without.
  • Hand sanitiser is provided when entering and exiting the building.
  • Regular cleaning of the showroom and facilities.
  • Strict social distancing rule of 2 Metres.
  • We are working behind screens to protect both our customers and staff.
  • A one way system is in operation in the showroom.
  • All cars are sanitised before we work on your car and being returned to the customer.
  • Appointments are preferred to allow us to manage the number of people in the showroom.
  • Home delivery and appointments available.
  • Unaccompanied Test Drives available.
  • Free collection and drop off when your car is due for servicing available
  • ‘Click and Collect’ available on new and used car sales

We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes Suzuki Finance. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to Suzuki Finance, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to be make the next best offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and Suzuki Finance also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.
